Terms of Service

AgentWrite is a writing tool for real estate agents. You enter details about a property — beds, baths, square footage, price, features — and it drafts listing descriptions, social posts, and emails from those details.

It is a drafting aid. It is not a brokerage, a law firm, a compliance service, or a marketing agency, and using it does not create any professional relationship between us.

You need an account to use AgentWrite. When you create one, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

• One account per person. Don't share your login.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has your password.

You can stop using AgentWrite whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why when we do.

You own the property details you enter and the copy you publish. That also means you carry responsibility for both.

• Only enter property information you have the right to use, and make sure it's accurate.
• Read everything before it goes out. The listing goes out under your name and your license, not ours.
• Follow the rules that apply to you — your MLS, your brokerage, your local advertising and fair housing law.

Copy in AgentWrite is produced by an AI model. That has real limits you should plan around:

• It can be wrong. It may state a detail that isn't true of the property, or phrase something in a way that doesn't suit the listing.
• It is written to avoid language that describes the people who should live somewhere rather than the home itself, but this is not a fair housing review and must not be treated as one.
• The same details can produce different wording each time. Nothing is guaranteed to be unique to you.

Always review a draft before you publish it. AgentWrite does not provide legal, compliance, or brokerage advice.

There is a Free plan with a monthly limit, and a paid Pro plan. Current prices and limits are shown in Settings and on the Help page.

• Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, once per account. You do not need to enter a card to start it.
• If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, the trial simply stops and your account returns to Free. Nothing is charged.
• Paid subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

We may change prices. If we do, we'll tell existing subscribers before the change affects them.

Please don't use AgentWrite to:

• Write anything discriminatory, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful.
• Advertise property you have no right to advertise, or misrepresent a home.
• Resell, rebrand, or automate bulk access to the service without our written agreement.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or work around plan limits.

We're a small, early service. We may add, change, or remove features, and there will sometimes be downtime or maintenance. We don't promise uninterrupted service. If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for changes that matter, let account holders know.

AgentWrite is provided as-is. To the extent the law where you live allows it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost sales, lost commission, lost data, or reputational harm — arising from your use of the service or from copy you chose to publish.

Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some places don't allow these limits. Where that's true, they don't apply to you, and nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
